Hey! I’m Jocelyn. I live in southern Wisconsin, in a pretty tight-knit community. A hint: for any Sconnies, we make some pretty good beer in this town! I am sorry for any of my readers who live out of state because Spotted Cow is only sold in Wisco. Anyways, I chose to blog to put myself out there. I enjoy writing and being able to relate to other people who have the same passion. Is writing a dream job for me? Nope. I sure do love being able to inspire people around me, and if I can make a difference in one person’s life then I am doing something right. So now for a little background on myself:
These two individuals raised me to be the person I am today (I think a pretty awesome one.) They have taught me so much in my short life and I am so blessed to have them for parents. My parents work hard every day and they always have to make sure that we had absolutely everything we needed. This even included a car when I was 16 since I couldn’t drive a minivan correctly. Mom and Dad, if you read this, thank you for all you have done for me and thanks for being awesome grandparents to my kiddos, I couldn’t ask for better.
Ah, my little brothers. You wouldn’t be able to tell from the size differences. These guys push me every day to be the best that I can be because I am the oldest and while I have made mistakes, I am supposed to be the person they look up to. They are great uncles and I am so proud of everything they have and will accomplish. I love them both more than they could possibly know.
Lastly, these guys! The three in this picture (excluding myself) give me all the strength and motivation I need on a daily basis. My hubby is my rock and has loved me for who I am, even all of my faults. I became a mom at the young age of 18 and would not change it for the world. My relationship that I have with my little man is one of the best I know. My daughter is the icing on the cake. She made our lives complete and even if she was a surprise she was one of the best surprises I could ever imagine. I strive to make sure that I teach my children the same values that my parents taught me. I love you all to the moon and back and many times more. Thank you for being there and being my everything.
